I came from out of state, the pickup at the airport went smoothly. The driver (Pat) was friendly and easy to talk with. The people at the dealership were equally friendly, and I felt well cared for the whole time I was there. They answered all my questions, walked me through every step of the process. Nate, who I worked with, was incredibly friendly. I’d be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Customer service was great. Josh was awesome, but the actual service done to the truck was poor. The problem is still existing with the faulty tire sensor when I was told it was replaced and a small detail as to the two new tires that were on they did not put the valve stamp covers on.
I don't know how Justin Zantow was .otherwise excellent. Overall a great experience. Im now a VW fan boy.
Ethan Bradford was by far the best sales guy out there! Did a fantastic job in guiding us into making a good decision we couldn’t be happier from the moment we hit the pavement all the way through financing with Celeste until we drove away in our new vehicle
