They also didn't let me know they would need my car another day until after the service department had closed around 5 or so. And of course recommended over $3000 worth of work on some things that didn't necessarily need to be replaced, like 3 out of 4 of the tire pressure sensors. I appreciated that they picked up and dropped off the vehicle for free, but the communication should have been the other way.

I think they fixed the problem, but they gave no updates. I had to call multiple days in a row because I received no communication. They also didn't let me know they would need my car another day until after the service department had closed around 5 or so. And of course recommended over $3000 worth of work on some things that didn't necessarily need to be replaced, like 3 out of 4 of the tire pressure sensors. I appreciated that they picked up and dropped off the vehicle for free, but the communication should have been the other way.
Tried to replace the wrong shock. Did a car wash after I asked them not to. I just had it detailed two days before and they washed it anyway and left it all spotty. Said that my appointment was not in their computer. Never called me to say they had the part, I had to contact you.
I was very disappointed that I had less then 2700 miles on my brand new car and had to pay to have the wipers replaced already. This is just beyond the realm of new ownership to me. I truly hope this is not the beginning of things to come. Also forgot to wash the car after asking me if I wanted it washed.
I always appreciate Robert's prompt attention to my service appointments and thorough explanation of repairs needed.
