I've brought my car in for 'the works' oil change twice, each time I had a great experience, all workers were kind and informative, the videos gave me confidence everything that was promised was getting done. I will continue to have my car serviced there.
They are always on top of things. Great customer service. Everyone I've dealt with is nice and knowledgeable.

Recently had a recall service performed on my 2024 Maverick Hybrid. Customer service notified me by text and scheduled to have a technician perform the service at my home. Technician arrived at appointed time and promptly completed the service.
The service writer was fine, but the process was terrible. I had a recall on the camera and it would take up to an hour for them to diagnose the issue. then was told after dropping it off that the recall was paused, so it’s my choice if I still wanted them to diagnose the issue or not. I decided to go ahead and pay for diagnosing the camera issue on my own dime. I waited for about 2.5 hours for them to diagnose the issue. LT was wonderful to work with. Extremely thorough on explaining various models, options, pros cons, based on what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy and very patient. The whole process at the dealership was easy and excited to drive my Sorento for years to come.
