Had a vehicle in for works package and have passenger power window fixed. Parts needed to be ordered so I dropped vehicle off again. I had to call in the afternoon to find out the status of it was finished or not. I was informed they could only get the window to operate from the passenger side and not the drivers side and needed it another day. I called the following day again in the afternoon to find out the status. I was informed it was all ready. After picking up the keys and leaving the dealership something slides out ... We were not notified ahead of arriving at the dealership for an oil change/tire rotation that the recalls would take 2-2.5 hrs. We cancelled on the spot and rescheduled the appt. At that appt we drove 2 cars and did errands while service and recalls were getting done. That worked well for us and time at the dealership was minimal. Isabelle kept me well informed about the progress of the service and recalls.
