Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was performed on time and in a timely manner. The only thing that prevented me from giving a "Great" rating was that when the appointment was scheduled, I requested new wipers and while performing the other services, they discovered that they did not have the right wipers for my vehicle. I have to go back for that service once the wipers come in. This should have been checked prior to service appointment.

I do have limited experience buying new vehicles (2nd so far) but I can tell you the only place I will go from now on is Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha because of Ross H and his team, Justin and Sal! They will get it done and you’re getting the best product you can! They even brought my car to my house the next day!! Can’t say thank you enough!

The only thing that prevented me from giving a "Great" rating was that when the appointment was scheduled, I requested new wipers and while performing the other services, they discovered that they did not have the right wipers for my vehicle. I have to go back for that service once the wipers come in. This should have been checked prior to service appointment.

I do have limited experience buying new vehicles (2nd so far) but I can tell you the only place I will go from now on is Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha because of Ross H and his team, Justin and Sal! They will get it done and you’re getting the best product you can! They even brought my car to my house the next day!! Can’t say thank you enough!
