From my initial encounter with my salesman, Ethan Bradford, to the final paperwork signing, I felt comfortable and relaxed thanks to all the people I worked with. I had done my research and had my mind set on a specific model and color. After a few test drives I was wrong about the model... not what I really wanted. But the next model up felt just right. To let you know, this was not an upsell, just me realizing one car was better for me than the other. But... still not my color. The easiest five stars I’ve ever given! I had the pleasure of working with one of the car salespeople, Jacob Schouten, and he was AMAZING. He acknowledged my interests and concerns regarding my car selection and was very transparent with the information he gave me. When he may not have known the answer to my questions, he ALWAYS made sure to doublecheck so I never left questioning things. This made me TRUST the information he gave me even more. Not only was he transparent but he was also PATIENT, FLEXIBLE, and CONVERSATIONAL. Jacob’s sincerity made him easy to trust and he will forever be an important part of my first car purchase story.
