However I find it very odd that you are asking me to rate the business manager rather than the sales and leasing consultant who has more to do with the sale of a vehicle and a happy customer rather than the business manager.

I worked with Joe Jubran. He was excellent. I let him know the type of vehicle I was looking for and mileage and he found the perfect vehicle. I am very happy with the purchase. However I find it very odd that you are asking me to rate the business manager rather than the sales and leasing consultant who has more to do with the sale of a vehicle and a happy customer rather than the business manager.

Sadly, the third contact, was very poor. The individual responsible for financing, nearly lost the sale for the dealership. Good thing for us and the dealership, both Michael and Eric overcame the finance portion, of the transaction.
