Previously had the vehicle there for 3 days to have the passenger side window repaired. Upon picking the vehicle up I realized the window still would not roll up from the driver side controls. I had to schedule another time to have it looked at, which was the last time I was there. I had to call at the end of the day to find out if it was repaired yet. Nate had to check with the technician. It was not, but I needed the vehicle back as it is a service vehicle. He told me that the technician did not have it fixed and was not sure yet what the problem was. So far I have seen a bill for $899 and still do not have a window that functions properly and cannot be told what needs to be done to fix it.

I had to schedule another time to have it looked at, which was the last time I was there. I had to call at the end of the day to find out if it was repaired yet. Nate had to check with the technician. It was not, but I needed the vehicle back as it is a service vehicle. He told me that the technician did not have it fixed and was not sure yet what the problem was. So far I have seen a bill for $899 and still do not have a window that functions properly and cannot be told what needs to be done to fix it.

While travelling through Wisconsin near Janesville,on my way back to Canada,I had a catastrophic electrical problem with my RAM 3500 the service team, especially Linda Batty and Dave the diesel technician immediately got me into their shop even though they were quite busy. They were able to determine the problems and make the repairs even though it took several days for the repairs and parts to arrive. They went out of their way to ensure my stay in Janesville was very comfortable by finding me rooms and taking me anywhere I would like to go with their courtesy shuttle. The team is very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend the service team to anyone who needs help. Thank you to all of you Rick Lund.
