Rober Krueger has been my service advisor for about 15 years. He always takes good care of my cars, making sure only required work is done, it's done timely and reliably.
Scheduling the service visit was easy. Work was performed within the projected time window (90 minutes). Waiting room was comfortable. Only suggestion I have is to make Diet Coke a beverage option.

My car was in a few times for an issue related to the cylinder head. Kia wanted them to push me along, but they were adamant that they not just accept “good enough” and work to identify the issue and push Kia to resolve under warranty. Always friendly, clear and trustworthy. I drive 40 minutes to go there when there’s another dealership 5 minutes away because they’ve proven to be trustworthy when the other has not.
The service was excellent, the efficiency was high, and the discounts were very generous. In addition, referring a friend to buy a car also resulted in a big gift.
