Oneida was excellent. Spent over 5 hours at the dealership, 1.5 hours waiting on financing for a car they couldn't sell us. Then another 2 hours on the vehicle we got. Issues with the check apparently but nobody at the dealership is letting me know anything about what's going on and it's been over 10 days at this point. Payments not broken down so we could see all the costs, feel like we were charged over 8k extra for the vehicle

Simple and uncomplicated I like the atmosphere and the ease of check in. Definitely a plus!
