If I could give Genesis of Milwaukee and Brady (salesperson) more than 5 stars I would. I was downsizing from a large pick up truck to a mid size SUV. I drove about 6 SUV’s and looked at a handful of others. Many of the sales staff I was dealing with would tell me if you come back please not a certain day because “I’m off” With Brady, when he handed me his business card I said “I need your hours” he said whenever the dealership is open I’m working. After many YouTube videos and online research I settled on the GV80. Few days after I picked up and I returned to the dealership and Brady answered each one of my questions. At my previous dealer, there was on average 20 people in a small waiting area. It was loud and noisy. At Genesis the waiting room had 3 people went I returned to have my questions answered. Genesis of Milwaukee off to a great start.

Janet was awesome and very helpful I was in for a recall on my Palisade and it was done in a timely manner. Janet was very pleasant to deal with and I would definitely recommend Boucher Hyundai for sales and service

1st time having my oil changed here. Their service department staff is very pleasant. There is a coffee bar with snacks you have access to while you wait. They provide a multi point vehicle inspection report and a video of their service, washed the car and gave me a small bag of chocolate chip cookies with a thankyou note attached.

I bought my 2026 Escape 2.0L engine back in July 2026 at G Boucher in Menomonee Falls WI. I give BIG thanks to friendly Mike S sales guy for his helpfulness, knowledge, and attentive customer service! And also a "shout out " to the service dept team & Manager for excellent work on a dead module , while keeping me informed! They sure did "bird dog" the issue!! What a team! Thank you all! ( they even gave me a nice loner vehicle while they worked on that issue) Ruth J.

Nate sold me my first truck and this time Nate and the Team were fantastic in getting us 2 new vehicles that we wanted, They definitely went the extra mile!
