I specifically asked him to check if there were any discounts or coupons, without hesitation he said no. I specifically asked him again to check and when I picked up my vehicle he was at lunch and another service rep helped to check me out. I again asked before paying and there indeed was a coupon available to me. I asked about a faulty tire pressure sensor. He said he'd have it checked, called back and informed me the estimate for replacement was $240. Once I picked up the vehicle the sensor continued to read faulty in the same position, right front even though the tires were rotated. It made no sense to me so I questioned if the tires were even rotated. I later found that the premium extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car covered the replacement. I specifically asked him to check if there were any discounts or coupons, without hesitation he said no. I specifically asked him again to check and when I picked up my vehicle he was at lunch and another service rep helped to check me out. I again asked before paying and there indeed was a coupon available to me. I asked about a faulty tire pressure sensor. He said he'd have it checked, called back and informed me the estimate for replacement was $240. Once I picked up the vehicle the sensor continued to read faulty in the same position, right front even though the tires were rotated. Overall experience was good, the 10 plus points for the loan through Ford was pretty outrageous for someone who has a 784 credit score. I will be refinancing as soon as I can. I applied for financing on their website and there wasn't anything about it being a commercial loan. It could only work as a commercial loan so thats what happened. Overall experience was good, the 10 plus points for the loan through Ford was pretty outrageous for someone who has a 784 credit score. I will be refinancing as soon as I can. I applied for financing on their website and there wasn't anything about it being a commercial loan. It could only work as a commercial loan so thats what happened. The vehicle came with exterior locks that wore the paint down in a few areas promoting rust.The weather stripping was modified to accommodate those locks, after the rain we recently got, I noticed the water finds its way to the modified area of the weather stripping and invites all of it into the cargo area and starting to rust other areas. If I would of noticed this I would of made them fix it before I picked it up, I will fix it myself and not deal with the pain of not having a vehicle for a few days. I only dealt with two people there, the salesmen Chris and the finance Manager Laura whom were both professional and I liked dealing with them. The commercial lender was scared because I haven't had a car payment in a long time, so I payed for it with a doubled down payment and an insane APR. If I were to buy another vehicle from there I would definitely bring my own financing. Hope you find this helpful.
