Andy did a great job from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, while never making the process feel pressured. He made everything straightforward and convenient, kept communication clear, and made the overall experience very smooth. I’d absolutely recommend working with Andy.
Service people doesn't get out of their chair to meet with the customer, but the customer must come in and wait until they knowledge you to speak to them. Wasn't kept informed of the work or status of my suv. I only received a welcome text and delay to repair message. They did offer me a ride to work, but didn't even offer an option of a rental just in case. Didn't even run the suv through a quick wash. Not a detailing, but a basic wash would have been a nice service.
He communicated with me what I needed to know Nathan treated me with respect, not just another customer. I'm sure he treats everyone this way!
The location has easy access for very quick drop off. With very nice shuttle drivers!
Very fancy service department pull in the garage out of the rain someone greets you at your door and helps you check in comfortable waiting room perfectly set to work at while waiting see the mechanics working on vehicles while you wait. Overall great experience. Only complaint was that it was freezing in the waiting room but it was humid so it was probably trying to keep everything dry
Truck broke down on me drove it in for service & Angelo took Great Care of me !! Thank You !!!!
The sales and financial support are the top but the service takes a real bad dive not the mechanics the garage staff are very poor and don't call you back when you need them but John has always been very good to me and my issues
