I can't say enough good things about Sean and Elisha in the service department. They went above and beyond working with Ford Corporate to get a warranty claim approved for a replacement engine in our Ford Escape. The process took some time, but they never gave up. They continued to advocate on our behalf every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. Their dedication and persistence made all the difference. Thank you both so much for your outstanding customer service. It is truly appreciated!

Took care of my issue. Part came in and was able to get in pretty quickly.
I was well taken care of by Tristen throughout the entire purchase of my vehicle from the time I walked through the door till the time I came back for a few minor issues
Picked car up on time and did delivered timely when the works was completed. My only problem was unable to understand the second recording because the girl didn't speak clearly at all...
