Jasmine Barker was great to work with; if I could give her 6 stars I would
Was happy to work with Michael Thornton. He was very pleasant and wasn’t pushy at all. Worked very hard to get us what we needed for a vehicle something that would work well for us and they came through on the pricing very well. The whole staff there was very pleasant and very pleasing. To work with
The vertical sold itself. The dealership would not be of my top picks. I have a business and got to know dealerships because I buy vehicles for my small fleet. Pushy! Actually, David Nutts pushed my OnStar button when I didn’t even want it. Fortunately, I left the vehicle before OnStar connected and he didn’t know it I know he would have pushed it again. The purchase contract person pushed getting aftermarket items more than once to confuse me and sway me. Not impressed!
Had to drop Sante Fe off for further diagnostics after reviving previous recall emission software update. Received multiple check engine lights after update and after further diagnostics. Waiting for response from dealership.
Spent $2300 to fix my car. Started driving home and same noise came back which was a grinding noise. Asked a mechanic friend and he thought IWE which is what they had repaired. Turns out I take it back and now my wheel differential is shot. Misdiagnosed from the start. Had I known that was an issue I would have turned the car over and not put all that money into it only to find out I need to put more in it. When I asked the service guy he seemed very dismissive and nervous about talking about the 'new' misdiagnosed ... Read More

Great experience working with Tanner! One of the best vehicle buying experiences.
Mike Garrett is the best salesman I have ever come across. He work with me for several months on a new frontier trying and trying to work a deal and never gave up. Until the perfect deal came across and he made it work. Thank you Mike and all who were involved it was an amazing experience.
Errick Clay is one of the most upbeat, easy going service advisors that I've ever met. He is most certainly an asset to Boucher's organization. Keep up the good work ;) -Carlee B
I picked a car one day within 24 hours. They had to deal together and it was just so easy. I’m a returning customer and they just took care of me my family. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat with them.

Read More
