I wanted a new '25 Ford Bronco Sport. I went to Gordie Boucher of Janesville and was greeted bySamantha Champion. She was fantastic! She sent me a video on her phone of all of the Bronco Sports they had prior to my visit. I was able to see the vehicles and have an idea of which one I wanted to take a look at. She was welcoming and made me feel that my satisfaction was very important. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. I felt she was honest and truly interested in making sure that I was happy and got the vehicle that I wanted. David, in the financial dept went above and beyond to get me financing that I could afford. He was able to do it and I am thrilled. I didn't feel like anyone was pushing options on me that I wasn't interested in. I felt no pressure at all. At the end of the sale, Samantha offered me a gift of my choice. A variety was offered, and I am thrilled with Coach purse I chose! About two weeks later I found a box at my door. It was from Boucher Ford. They sent me another gift, a large, very nice thermal cup and a dozen fresh chocolate chip cookies! They were delicious and fortunately the recipe was included!
