I only noticed it after I got home and was reviewing my paperwork. Drove back, and they said it was because of the war in the middle east. While true, they never told me up front about this change in oil weights. The service manager to call on my paperwork, left the company over a year ago. I will not be returning.

Nissan corporate lures you in with a $29.99 FULL SYNTHETIC oil change coupon. Then this dealership substitutes 5W 30 and DOESN'T TELL YOU. I only noticed it after I got home and was reviewing my paperwork. Drove back, and they said it was because of the war in the middle east. While true, they never told me up front about this change in oil weights. The service manager to call on my paperwork, left the company over a year ago. I will not be returning.

Professional and easy to work with. Each time I come to service I know that Mike will get the job done for me. I enjoy getting the work done the first time.
